Waterborne Paint Gun Washers

The Herkules G520 provides paint technicians a complete cleaning station for both types of paints.  ---  A manual cleaning station for cleaning waterborne paint, and an automatic paint gun washer for cleaning solvent based paints. 

Operation: 
The paint technician manually cleans waterborne paint off of paint equipment with the flow-through brush, wash & rinse nozzle, and air dry gun.  Any spray guns that use solvent based paints can be placed in the right tank for automatic cleaning in one minute. 

Disposal method:
Once the water becomes tacky to the touch, flocculant is added to the left tank to speed up the coagulation process.  The dirty water is then filtered to separate the paint for proper disposal.  Water can be re-used or disposed of properly. 

If the right tank is used to automatically clean waterborne paint then the right tank provides an automatic  transfer of dirty water to the left tank for the coagulation process.  Always check your local regulations for proper disposal methods.
